Free shipping to anywhere in the UK. Orders ship in 1–3 days and arrive in 7–13 days total. Order by 10 pm UK time on a weekday and it counts from that day. Every order is packed and sent from our supplier's warehouse in China, and we email you a tracking link once it's on its way.

30-day returns from the day you receive your order. Try it on indoors, as you would in a shop. If it comes back worn or damaged, we may take the drop in value off your refund. No restocking fee. You pay the postage to send back something you've changed your mind about. If it isn't what you ordered, or it's faulty or damaged, we pay that postage. Refunds post within 14 days after we receive the item.

She Found Wings sells women's boots for the British autumn and winter: a short range, chosen one pair at a time.
The shop is run by Alder Row LLC, a small company in Yorba Linda, California. Orders are packed in China by our supplier and posted free to your door, and you have 30 days to change your mind.
Frequently asked questions
How long will my boots take to arrive?
Your order leaves our supplier's warehouse within 1–3 days, then spends 6–10 days with the courier. Count on 7–13 days from order to doorstep, and delivery is free anywhere in the UK.
Can I follow my parcel?
Yes. We email you a tracking link once it's dispatched, and our order tracking page shows where it's got to.
Which size should I pick?
Your normal UK size. The boots are cut in EU sizes, and our size guide matches your foot length to both. If a product page carries its own chart, go by that one.
What if I change my mind?
You've got 30 days from delivery to let us know. Those days include the 14-day right to cancel that UK law gives you for online orders. Try it on indoors, as you would in a shop. We put the money back on the card you used within 14 days of the boots landing with us. How returns work
