Ways to pay

We take Visa and Mastercard, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Checkout is encrypted, and your card details go straight to our payment provider. We never see your full card number, and we never store it.

Prices, VAT and when we charge you

Every price on this site is in pounds sterling (GBP) and includes VAT at 20%, the UK rate. Delivery is free. We take payment when you place your order, not when it's dispatched.

Orders over £135

UK rules treat an order worth more than £135 before VAT (£162 with VAT) as an import. On these orders we don't charge VAT at checkout. Instead, UK import VAT and any customs duty are collected when the parcel arrives, usually by the courier, who may add a handling fee. On orders of £135 or less before VAT, the VAT is already in our price and there's no customs duty, so there's nothing more to pay.

Your bank statement

Your bank statement will show She Found Wings, sometimes shortened. If you don't recognise a payment, email support@shefoundwings.com before you contact your bank, and we'll sort it out.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, and we never charge a fee for them. For a return, you'll get the money within 14 days of the day it reaches us, or of you sending proof of postage if that's sooner. Our Returns and Refunds Policy has the details.
