Shipping policy
Free UK delivery
We deliver to anywhere in the UK, and delivery is free on every order.
Delivery times
- We dispatch your order within 1–3 days.
- It then takes 6–10 days to reach you.
- So allow 7–13 days in total.
- Orders placed by 10 pm UK time on a weekday count from that day. Orders placed later, or at the weekend, count from the next working day.
Every order is packed and sent from our supplier's warehouse in China, and we email you a tracking link once it's on its way.
VAT and customs
Our prices include VAT. On orders of £135 or less before VAT, there's nothing more to pay when your parcel arrives. Larger orders count as imports, and our Payment Policy explains what that means.

Use the tracking link in your dispatch email, or check our tracking page any time.
Lost, late or damaged parcels
Your order is our responsibility until it's delivered to you. If it hasn't arrived by the end of its delivery window, or it turns up damaged, email support@shefoundwings.com or call +44 7863 781322. We'll find it, or send you a replacement or a refund.
