Terms of service
These terms apply to every order you place with She Found Wings. Please read them before you buy.
Who you're buying from
She Found Wings is a trading name of Alder Row LLC, a California limited liability company (registration no. B20260437294). In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Alder Row LLC.
Your order
After you order, we email you to confirm it. If we can't supply something you've ordered, we'll tell you straight away and refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). All prices include VAT, and UK delivery is free. We take payment when you place your order. Our Payment Policy has the details, including how orders over £135 are taxed.
Delivery
Our Delivery Policy sets out how long delivery takes. Your order is our responsibility until it reaches you.
Changing your mind
You can cancel from the moment you order until 14 days after delivery, without giving a reason, and our returns window runs to 30 days. Our Returns and Refunds Policy explains how to cancel, who pays return postage and when you'll get your money back. Our delivery, payment and returns policies form part of these terms.
If something is wrong with your order
We're under a legal duty to supply goods that match their description, are of satisfactory quality and are fit for purpose. If they don't, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you the right to a refund, repair, replacement or price reduction, depending on how soon you tell us.
Our responsibility to you
If we break these terms or fail to use reasonable care and skill, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it was obvious it would happen, or if we both knew it might happen when you placed your order.
We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. That includes death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, and your legal rights in relation to the goods. We sell to customers for their own private use, so we're not responsible for business losses.
Reviews
We ask every customer for a review once their order has arrived, whatever their experience, and we publish the bad with the good. We never write reviews ourselves, pay for them, or offer anything in return for one.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts. Wherever you live in the UK, you keep the protection of your local consumer law, and nothing in these terms takes away your legal rights.

We sometimes update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
